American celebrity chef, restaurateur and cookbook author Michael Mina has cooked for the elite clientele of his award-winning restaurants and for three U.S. Presidents, and now he will create a five-course menu just for you and your inner circle. A private dinner for 10 guests -- either at your home or at San Francisco’s Millennium Tower private dining room -- will showcase his famed approach to cooking, which includes skillfully balancing four basic elements: spice, sweetness, acidity and richness. After you collaborate with Michael in designing the menu, the Mina Group’s award-winning Wine Director Rajat Parr will select the perfect wines for the evening, bringing his expertise to your palate.
