What will win your taste buds: Pat's "secret ingredient originally produced in the gas station diner" or Leslie's dad's time-tested Cajun extra-special roux?? (What is that she is whispering, as she stirs the pot?) Only one gumbo can claim the title of "BEST GUMBO", and it is all up to you! 

Our very own class nutrition-mixologist, Stacey Dunn-Emke, will mix her acclaimed bourbon cocktails to warm your palette (alcohol in moderation is nutritious, right?). Clan Russell will contribute the rest of the fixings, maybe even wait-service "highland style". Leslie's famous whiskey sauce-with-a-side-of-bread-pudding will send you home warm and happy.
