An Italian trio of 3 fine Italian wines.  Gaja is one of Italy's red wines and the historic flagship of the Gaja family. Produced from Nebbiolo grapes, the wine takes its name from the village of its origin.  The 2005 Brunello di Montalcino captures an attractive middle ground between modern and traditional styles.  The Le Vigne is deep and concentrated, with intense and focused oak, chocolate and cranberry, and notes of violets, coffee and licorice.
