"Emilie Clark, a New York artist, spent four months at the Brooklyn Botanic Garden as its first artist in residence, exploring the work of the 19th-century American naturalist Mary Treat. The result is "My Garden Pets," an installation that includes works on paper, a Victorian terrarium and an audio piece drawn from Treat's correspondence with Charles Darwin and Asa Gray, the American botanist."

Emilie Clark's "Everything Drawings" can be seen at the Morgan Lehman Gallery in NYC from April 17th to May 17th.
