The Upham Hotel is the oldest continuously operating hotel in Southern California, built in 1871.  The Country House, our classic bed and breakfast, is located just across the street.  Both properties are conveniently located to Santa Barbara's vibrant downtown shopping and historic district, sun drenched beaches, Santa Ynez Wine Country, and the Channel Islands.
