American Dance & Music has been a vital part of the Santa Barbara community since 2006. At the AD&M Studio, people of all ages come to study dance while enjoying the numerous benefits the discipline offers for the mind, body, and soul. Here's what ballet student, Elaine Nakashima, had this to say about the Studio:
 
"I have been taking classes at AD&M Studio for about five years, after decades of previous training elsewhere. It's a place where serious training is given in a welcoming, friendly environment, which is so rare to find. Having AD&M in Santa Barbara has meant a lot to me because in just a handful of years, it's enabled me to finally understand and embody the strength, stability and balance that dance technique has to offer."
