Wonderful vintage oval cameo pendant with clear gem at top held by three prongs. The cameo design is held on the unique three dimensional gold metal backing by four prongs. Looks & feels like 14k gold but not indicated on piece. Cameo appears to be hand carved. Measures 1" long.
