Jade Dragon opened in May, 2011 in Sylva, NC as a buffet restaurant, offering Americanized Chinese cuisine, Teriyaki, and Sushi. Over 100 delicious items are arranged on the buffet bar that is kept hot and fresh.

Customer service is highly important to the owner Quin Lin, as he has special reason to give back to the community.  In 2005, Lin opened his first restaurant, China Dragon, in Cullowhee, North Carolina after years of hard work. However, a robbery at his restaurant only several months after it opened resulted in him being shot twice while trying to protect his staff. Fortunately, Lin recovered and with the help of the community was finally able to open Jade Dragon this year. He feels indebted to the local community and continues to give back and support the community.
