Sagebrush Steakhouse is a Western-themed, casual dining Steakhouse located in North & South Carolina, Virginia and Tennessee.  We opened our first unit in Hickory, North Carolina in 1990 and now operate 25 restaurants.

When you dine at Sagebrush, you’ll find a menu full of appetizing items with an emphasis on hand-cut Angus steaks char-grilled to perfection.  We also offer slow cooked prime rib, award winning ribs, fresh seafood and chicken, as well as a variety of garden fresh salads, appetizers and homemade desserts.
