Winner will receive a certificate for an initial chiropractic visit at The Brost Clinic. This visit will include:

- Gift Certificates/Gift Cards will be mailed the week of May 5th via first class mail at no charge.
- Larger items can be shipped. Shipping costs are NOT included in the final bid price and actual costs will be added to your final bid.
- Items may be picked up at Groveland Elementary School from 3-7pm on Monday, April 28th.
