Dentistry for Children is pleased to offer one dental exam for a child up to age 19 or one infant oral care appointment. The visit would include appropriate treatment for the child's age (i.e. an examination, cleaning, x-rays, and topical fluroride). Valid through 12/31/2015. Must mention your certificate when scheduling appointment.
Special Instructions
- Gift Certificates/Gift Cards will be mailed the week of May 5th via first class mail at no charge.
- Larger items can be shipped. Shipping costs are NOT included in the final bid price and actual costs will be added to your final bid.
- Items may be picked up at Groveland Elementary School from 3-7pm on Monday, April 28th.
