This package includes a custom tray home whitening kit using the Opalescence whitening system. After a whitening consultation with a dentists to answer any questions you may have, you will take home your custom trays, and hands on instructions to help you get the most from the whitening system.

Special Instructions
- Gift Certificates/Gift Cards will be mailed the week of May 5th via first class mail at no charge.
- Larger items can be shipped. Shipping costs are NOT included in the final bid price and actual costs will be added to your final bid.
- Items may be picked up at Groveland Elementary School from 3-7pm on Monday, April 28th.
