The Wine Master and the Master Chef, unite to provide an incredibly fun and exciting culinary evening that you will not soon forget.  Let the “Wine CounselorSM” Michael Schafer and Executive Chef Michael Trombley CEC, prepare and present an outstanding food and wine selection and pairing for you and your guests. These experts will guide you through a world of fine wines and gourmet delicacies that are expertly and exquisitely paired with each other.  You will be treated to an enjoyable and fun evening of education including the de-mystification of wine, how to buy the best wine for your dollar, and learn many wine and food pairing secrets.  The culinary creations will surprise and delight.  The event will take place in your home and include up to 8 guests.  


To make the evening more memorable a 750 ml bottle of Moet et Chandon Brut Rose Champagne in a special metal rose colored cylinder cooler will start the evenings festivities.  Food and wine will be included.

He is a member of The American Culinary Association and he is currently the Executive Chef at The Henry Ford inDearborn,Michigan. Michael has worked for some ofMichigan’s finest culinary venues such as the Golden Mushroom, Zinc and the Ann Arbor City Club.  Chef Michael offers in-house meals, hands-on cooking classes in your home, restaurant consulting and much more.  He is also owner of MTPlates - Creative Culinary Consulting.
