Designed for Pre-K and Kindergarten kids to increase attention span and coordination through games, drills, obstacle courses and other fun activities. Students learn elementary martial arts techniques. Additionally, in our Freestyle Martial Arts classes kids practice discipline, manners, respect, concentration and self-defense while enjoying fun, goal-oriented exercise. Classes meet twice per week. One month of lessons in Little Dragons, ages 4-6.
