This coupon is for our Freestyle Martial Arts classes for adults. Men and Women learn our reality based mixed martial arts system balancing student safety with one's goal-oriented fitness needs. It includes Muay Thai kickboxing, Brazilian jiu-jitsu and scenario based self defense. Coupon may also be used for our daytime MMA Fit class. Classes meet twice per week. One month adult martial arts classes.
