Massage to me is a form of communication where I listen to your body and work in a way that is appropriate for you.  This means that I can go as deep as you like, utilizing direct structural techniques, or more soothing through the use of relaxing, balancing and energetic tools.  Each session re-aligns the body through deep tissue manipulation, subtle postural holds and energetic healing but in essence it is a practice in awareness and intention.
