Come move and be moved at MoveMe Studio, a brand new Nia and Yoga studio conveniently located on 4th street in downtown San Rafael. Owned by Sun Valley mom Sarah Caveney! This 5-class pass is good for Nia and/or Yoga classes that are part of the regular MoveMe Schedule, which you can access at www.movemestudio.com.

It empowers people of all shapes and sizes by connecting the body, mind, emotions and spirit.  Nia is done barefoot to world music, is designed for all levels, and is a fun way to add dance and play into your fitness routine.
