You too will be able to whip up a delicious, healthy and balanced Indian meal….even on a weeknight!
Learn to prepare a menu of delectable Indian delights! Not only will you become privy to some coveted family kitchen secrets, you’ll also enjoy the fruits of your labor. Menu includes a chicken/potato coconut stew, another protein dish (tbd based on surveying guests--we aim to please) and a couple of veggie sides. Dinner will be served with elegantly paired wines. For those who attended last year, this will be a different menu.
You will learn techniques that can be adapted to a variety of foods and wow your family and friends!
Your master chef is Kala Shah, mom of 3 lovingly groomed, adventurous foodie boys and spouse to one highly discriminating husband. We eat very well in our house and you will too! Co-hosted by Cara Hunt, wine sommelier, sous-chef and one heck of a gracious hostess.
