A 4 bdrm luxury home in Tahoe at th base of the mountain at Sugarbowl ski resort. Sleeps 10 comfortably.
It is near Lake Mary which provides canoes and kayaks. In the summer there are amazing hiking and mtn biking trails. Lake Tahoe is spectacular in the summer, attracting more visitors than in the winter. There are restaurants, outdoor skating rinks and pools at the base of Northstar and Squaw. Families will love our home!
Special Instructions
This home is owned by a Sun Valley family and is available from May 15th to December 1st 2014. All terms, dates and plans are to be agreed upon by the owner. Does not cover cleaning fee (~$200).
Winning bidder may pick up the item on Wednesday, May 8, from 12-2 p.m. or Thursday, May 9, from 3-5 p.m. in the Sun Valley School Multi-Purpose Room, 75 Happy Lane, San Rafael. Any mailing or delivery charges are the responsibility of the winning bidder.
