That's right, the winning bidder will receive an "LCH Parking Care Kit" which will include:

• personalized signage to clearly identify your parking spot


• your special transferable Parking Permit, should you have multiple vehicles


• "reminder" cards that you can place on a car's windshield should another driver inadvertently park in your spot

While the parking spot will be clearly marked as being reserved for the auction's winning bidder, it will be the winning bidder's responsibility to manage its use, with the support of the LCH Auction Team. La Costa Heights and its administrative staff will not intervene in its management.
