The Telephone and The Human voice are two one-act operas that explore comedy and tragedy through use of the telephone as it's medium of communication. With both of the leading ladies relying on radio waves to express their emotions the audience is shown intimate portraits of their lives. Artistic Director Skip Galla intertwines these two one-acts into a seamless original piece that brings fresh, contemporary perspective, which the audience of today can relate to.
