Each massage at Element is tailored to the individual and may include different massage techniques and styles based on the client’s need and concern of focus. Our therapists are trained in Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, postnatal, sports, medical, trigger point, myofascial release therapy and neuromuscular therapy, as well as Oriental bodywork including shiatsu, tui-na and acupressure.
