The unit has a King Bed in the Master Bedroom; two twins in the second bedroom & a fold out couch in the living room.  Winning bidder can select dates.

1. Use is limited to 6 people MAX.


2. Check in any time after 3PM; Check out is Noon.


3. Refundable deposit of $250 required on the winning bidders, as part of rental agreement.


4. This is a personal use unit, not on the rental market.  If you have any questions email Bob Chomat through this site.


5. There is no land line in the unit.


6. The unit has a fireplace, but you are not permitted to use it.


7. You must be 25 or older to bid & sign the REQUIRED rental agreement.  A copy of the driver’s license for the individual responsible for the unit will be required.


8. No pets are allowed in the unit.  Failure to comply with this provision will result in forfeiture of security deposit.


9. Linens & towels are provided.


10. There are two parking spots under the unit, for normal sized vehicles.
