If you haven't been to RedFarm restaurant on Hudson Street next to the post office, you haven't eaten.  This is what wonderful Chinese/Asian/Fusion food should always be. It's not just the adorable and addictive PacMan shrimp dumplings, or the beguiling Katz's Pastrami Eggroll, or the best stir fried pea shoots you ever tasted (yes, the dish is worth the cost), it's everything: the flavors, the artful presentation, the friendly knowledgeable service, the cocktail list, even the wacky high-end Japanese toilet.
