Your group of eight will be treated to a private sake tasting by Joto Sake LLC Founder and President, Henry Sidel. The tasting will be held at Joto's office at 180 Varick between Charlton and King. Joto Sake was founded in 2005 and is one of the leading, artisanal Japanese sake companies in the U.S. Joto's sakes have been featured in Wine Spectator, Saveur, Food and Wine, Monocle. The company sells to Sushi Nakazawa, EN, Morimoto, 15 East, Brushstroke and other leading Japanese restaurants. A PS3 dad, Henry is a sake expert and educator.
