Fully equipped for a family vacation with glorious sunsets from the deck or as you grill in the backyard, bikes to ride the streets of the quite neighborhood, two kayaks, and a hammock. A beach, swimming, kayaking and fishing right in the backyard, with a sandy public beach two blocks down. Sailing lessons & stand-up paddle boards available at the marina next door. The house is within walking distance to three restaurants, a grocery store, a liquor store, and a deli, if you prefer to vacation car-free. Or drive 3.5 miles to downtown Sag Harbor & spend time exploring the rest of the Hamptons.
