Description
Red Rhône blend of 65% Syrah, 21% Grenache, 14% Cinsault from Kick Ranch.
Aromas of dried red fruits like cranberries and chocolate covered cherries. Earthy and gamey notes of black olives, cured meats, and roasted coffee add nuance and complexity. A perfume of violets adds intrigue. On the palate, red fruits and plums are complemented by black olives, cocoa powder and game served on top of a foundation of ripe, robust, grippy tannins and lively acidity.
