Description

One bottle each of the following delicious Sonoma County wines from Cinque Insieme:
2012 Rosé, Sonoma Coast

2011 Grenache, Dry Creek Valley
2011 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon, Sonoma Valley
2011 Proprietary Red, Sonoma County

2012 Rosé, Sonoma Coast

Buoyant fruit with gorgeous accents of sage, mace and wild strawberry, finishing with bright minerality. Made from Grenache and Pinot Noir in 100% Stainless Steel.

2011 Grenache, Dry Creek Valley

Sweet red flavors of strawberry and raspberry with hints of black currents burst in the mouth. With a luscious and velvety mouthfeel, the silky tannins lend to a long mineral and earthy finish. A serious wine that offers bright fruit, but with great structure and balance.

2011 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon, Sonoma Valley

Our Reserve Cabernet is a hand selected portion of our production that truly represents this varietal. Wild blackberry and bright cherry flavors are complimented with abundant spice. Secondary flavors of black pepper and a hint of cedar smoke appear. A long, well-structured finish has vigor and generosity. This wine has sufficient tannin backbone for aging and will be delicious for the next five to ten years.

2011 Proprietary Red, Sonoma County

Our Proprietary Red is a seamless blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec. The wine opens with tantalizing aromas of spice box and rose petals that lends to a seamlessly rich, broad mouthful of blueberry and raspberry. Notes of graham cracker crust and cedar warm the mid- palate, mingling with hints of cured tobacco and black tea. Decadent and round, this exquisitely-balanced wine promises near-term pleasure.
