Our philosophical approach in the vineyard is to use water, our most precious resource, as sparingly as possible. This challenges the vines to develop more intense fruit for deeper, richer more flavorful wines.

Notes of tobacco, red berries, red plums, and straw on the nose, with medium body and sweet tannins on the palate and a lengthy finish.

The Central coast area of California is a highly prized wine grape growing region due to its proximity to the cooling influence of the Pacific Ocean and a wide diversity of soils and topography. This unique stretch of land is ideal for the cultivation of classic wine grape varieties and the production of world-class wines.
