A well-drained soil, lots of foliage shade for the large berries and cooling breeze in the evenings helped to produce a wine With subtle favors of currant, tar, berry and spice. No amendments nor suffer was used in the vineyard, and 12 months in used French Oak created a big and true Syrah that not only can pair with a beef steak, but can stand up to and complement rich chocolate cake. Now this is a wine that will thrill any enthusiast.
