I am a graduate of The Massage School in Easthampton, MA- an 800 hour certification program, including 200 hours of supervised massage clinic practice.  In this program I learned how to incorporate the following techniques into a therapeutic massage:  Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, as well as introductory elements of shiatsu, Thai massage, and reflexology.
