This bundle includes the rare, first edition (1926), inscribed "Helen Alexander Cook Book" by the author of "The Hawaiian Cook Book". In the foreword Helen states, "The Meals are practical and easily prepared, yet I have either gathered the recipes in many distant parts of the world or else have evolved them myself". This cookbook contains, "250 Unusual Recipes" including a "Hawaiian Foods" section. There are also handwritten personal recipes found within the pages. The other unique book is "The Boston Cooking School Cook Book" by Fannie Farmer and dated 1941.  They would both make a great addition to any cookbook library.
