Isabella, a junior at Northside College Prep, is donating a hand-painted portrait based on a photo you provide. Her work was recently featured at Uncommon Ground.

Isabella's Artist Statement:

Working with her hands as tools, Isabella creates large scale paintings based off Facebook profile pictures of her friends.

She says, "305 million photos are uploaded to Facebook and Instagram every 24 hours. One picture seems to get lost in millions of others. These images disappear into cyber space and there is nothing you can hold onto or touch. I decided to spend 24 hours using palm prints to recreate 3 photos that were taken in seconds to treasure them more then I would posting them to digital media"
