Jennifer Ashby established our small, artisan confectionery company in 2004. About 80 miles south of San Francisco, our shop is located in the small town of Scotts Valley, just north of Santa Cruz.

A life long passion for creating delicious food for loved ones led Jennifer to enroll in the Culinary Institute of America, where she discovered her calling in the confectionary arts. Following completion of the program, she began testing out her chocolates on friends and family. Their overwhelmingly positive feedback showed her that this was something that she excelled at and found immense satisfaction in.
