Description

Winning bidder will receive a week of summer baseball clinic from the University of Massachusetts Boston. The clinic is for kids ages 6-13.


Schedule: June 24th - June 27th,  9am-3pm


About the clinic:



  • The UMass Boston Baseball summer clinic will focus on improving fundamental baseball skills.

  • Each day we will introduce new techniques to improve a players hitting, fielding, throwing, base running, and overall baseball knowledge in a fun and supportive environment.

  • The clinic will be a combination of Little League skills training and game play.

  • The clinic will be incorporate many of the same drills used by UMass Boston Baseball team.

  • Great for players of all skill level.


A typical day schedule:


9:00-9:30 Warm Up/ Throwing Drills


9:30-10:00 Defensive Lesson of the day


10:00-10:30  Defensive Skills/Drills


10:30 -11:30 Hitting Stations


12:30-2:30 Games


2:30-3:00 POOL or Whiffle Ball


Location: UMass Boston summer clinic will be held at the softball field next to the Clark Athletic Center gym.
