Imagine an entire evening dedicated to enjoying and learning more about...CHOCOLATE!
The winner bidder will recieve a dark chocolate tasting for up to twelve people either in your home or the Waltham home of Ariel Segall, of the Dark Matter Chocolate Factory.
This event will last approximately 2 hours, although exact run time will vary dramatically based on group size and interest. Ms. Segall will present approximately a dozen top-quality chocolates within a context of brand, origin location, and percent cocoa, and teach you everything you need to know to appreciate fine chocolates on your own or even run your own tasting.
About Chocolates by Ariel
Chocolates by Ariel is a small chocolatier in Waltham, Massachusetts, producing fine handmade chocolates for the Boston area. They specialize in custom orders, including custom molds, and weddings; they also offer chocolate tasting and classes on request.
Ariel Segall is the founder of the MIT Laboratory for Chocolate Science, and has been making, eating, and teaching about chocolate for well over a decade.

By default, this event may include dairy, but it can be made dairy-free by request. This is an evening event, and must be arranged with at least a month's notice. If the event is run in your home, it must be within approximately one hour's drive of Waltham, MA.
