Louie is 9 years old, 14" tall and now weighs 26 lbs. When he first came to rescue he was only 18 lbs. You could see his ribs and he looked so sad. No wonder - he spent hte first nine years of his life chained outside.

Now he's in foster, happy and running around. He loves his blanket and pillow. Louie is good with other dogs and kids. What he loves most of all is snuggling.
