Freddi's cooking classes will show you how to create healthy meals without spending a lot of time or a lot of money. You will learn quick and easy recipes and you will have fun! 

This certificate is good for a 2 hour cooking class and dinner for four guests.  All classes are gluten free and include soup, salad, entree, side dishes and dessert.  Classes are in the Carlsbad area.
