Menlo Fit presents new programs at the gym focused on Boot Camp teamwork and training that's all about results. We have Boot Camp for adults everything morning, Monday-Saturday. And that's just the start! We're excited about developing a range of exercise, nutrition, and overall healthy lifestyle activites for our San Francisco Peninsula community. 

The Boot Camp philosophy has evolved beyond military-type drills and teamwork. The point is still to get a great workout with lots of intensity, but your coach will modify the workouts as needed for your fitness level, skill, and needs- individual attention even in a group program. Our coaches educate, motivate, and create a team envirnoment that brings success to every participant. We welcome all ages, fitness levels and promise you'll have a blast while getting in shape!
