About the Artist: Lavender Butterfly is the name that Judy Herrick chose at age 65 when she broke from her cocoon into the world of jewelry design and construction. Having done many crafts throughout her life, she found jewelry design opened her wings and allowed her to reveal the "hidden artist" she didn't know was inside. Now in her mid-70's she continues to spread her "wings" and love the art of jewelry design.
