It offers a full deck, working wood burning fireplace, fully functioning kitchen with all the modern conveniences. You can watch the sunrise from your third floor deck overlooking Madeline Island.

Close to the shops and restaurants, with a full service marina out the front door, it is a great place to base from and explore all that the Apostle Islands National Lakeshore and the surrounding communities have to offer.

Comments from a frequent guest: In winter, there is cross country and downhill skiing, ice caves, sled dog racing, snow shoeing, and snow mobiling all within the immediate vicinity.  In the fall there is beautiful color,  and fun apple activities up the hill in the orchards, apple picking, hayrides, hay mazes and pumpkin patches.  The spring brings a flower festival, blessing of the fleet, and the reopening of all the restaurants and shops.  Summer  is of course sailing, boating, swimming, sea kayaking, island hopping, berry picking and flower grower visits, along with many related local art and craft festivals.
