Description
One 45 minute, private in-home Children’s Yoga class for up to 8 children. Children will go on a yoga adventure that includes breath work, sun salutations, yoga poses, relaxation, and even a little foot rub.
Children’s Yoga is not modeled after an adult Yoga class. It addresses children in their element with Yoga Play, which fosters your child’s creativity and potential.

*New clients only. Allow 2-4 weeks to schedule. Injuries, physical or mental limitations must be disclosed. Location preference is inside verse outside. If the location does need to be outside, Kristin must be made aware upon contact. The location must be dry, clear of debris, concrete and dog droppings. If number of children participating is over 8, there will be a fee of $17 per additional participants. 48-hour cancelation is requested after date has been established.
