Description
Learn to make your favorite and most popular cocktails with Donan Whelan, bar manager at the popular Santa Monica restaurant Rustic Canyon. 3 hour course for 2 people. Perfect for a couple or two friends who love the art of mixology.
You will learn:
- the basics of cocktailing including best tools, muddling, stirring, mixing, technique, etc.
- the basics of combining correct amounts of alcohol, bittering agents, sweeting agents, produce, herbs, etc.
- several cocktails through teaching and actual, hands-on practice.
- and be given over 25 different drink recipes and the knowledge for how to craft and perfect their own, personal recipes.
*Time and date must be arranged with Donan. Class will take place on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon that works with all parties' schedules.
