Tasting Notes

Notes of honeysuckle, pear, apple, white nectarine, a bit of grapefruit and citrus. Well balanced with a lengthy finish, melon, pear, kiwi and cut hay. Fruit purchased from La Presa Vineyard in Santa Ynez.  Great with shellfish, pasta with white wine sauces, a cheese plate and all on its own.
