Melissa Carroll, owner of Breathe Into Your Bliss, will design a personal yoga sequence, offer guided meditations, wellness tips, and wisdom from yogic philosophy to address the successful bidder's needs.

The sessions will include an initial email exchange between Ms. Carroll and successful bidder including the completing of intake form. It will be followed by a Skype conference and follow-up session during a selected two-week period.

Melissa Carroll teaches the largest yoga program in Florida with hundreds of students every week; too large to be held indoors, her classes take over a park and a beach.
