The successful bidder for this item is free to choose from among the daylong or four-week program offerings presented by the New York Insight Meditation Center.

New York Insight is an urban center for the practice of mindful awareness, called Insight or Vipassana meditation. NYI programs include talks, weekly sittings and courses as well as daylong and weekend retreats and workshops for the integration of meditation teachings into daily life.

NYI is an almost entirely volunteer-run organization. It is led by Guiding Teacher, Gina Sharpe. In collaboration with all NYI Teachers and the Board of Directors, Ms. Sharpe leads the vision and spiritual direction of our community.
