One week 2014 Summer Cooking Classes with Chef Dan Manalang of Scratch Catering.  Classes cover fundamentals such as basic knife skills, how to read and follow a recipe, measuring and mixing and the importance of kitchen equipment and food safety.  Each day also has an outdoor activity or craft to break-up all the kitchen fun.  

Classes are from 10-2p and last for 5 consecutive days.  Kids bring home a packet of the recipes they made and a hand-painted apron at the end of camp.  

Note: Classes are in a five-day series, no single day enrollments.  2014 week TBD.  Camp is held at St. Bernard's High School in Playa Del Rey.
