Award-winning local artist John W. Wagner, a member of the Rochester Art Club and the Salmagundi Club of New York City, offers to paint a portrait - 20 x 24 inches - in oil paint on canvas. The winning bidder selects the person to be painted. The painting can be done from photographs or live sittings.
