R Community Bikes offers a certificate for a previously enjoyed, refurbished adult bicycle valued at $100. Will look similar to the one that is pictured. This is a great opportunity for anyone who needs a bike for recreation, basic transportation, or rehabilitation! R Community Bikes is a grassroots organization that collects and repairs used bicycles for distribution, free of charge, to Rochester's most needy children and adults. RC Bikes is open to the public on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 9:30 am to 1:00 pm at their warehouse at 226 Hudson Ave. (at the intersection with Woodbury Street). The high bidder can choose from a large selection of bikes and pick up his or her bike at the warehouse. Please note: RC Bikes welcomes donations of bikes, bike parts, tools and money. They are always in need of volunteers to serve as mechanics and a variety of other positions.
