This book is called Chihuly Seaforms and was published in in 1995 Dale Chihuly signed a copy when he was in Rochester for the opening of the Memorial Art Gallery's related exhibition back then. It has a delightful introduction written by Sylvia Earle. It is 108 pages and beautifully illustrated.
